How do your Agents help find the right home for me?
We want you to find the property that best fits your needs, and we’re happy to discuss what you want in detail. Once we decide what you’re looking for, we can give you access to our vacant homes, and you can view at your leisure. Our tenants are the happiest in town, and we look forward to working with you!
What if I don’t find a property I like on your site?
We are Realtors and can assist you with any rental properties listed in the MLS in addition to the properties we personally manage.
When can I see the property?
As soon as you know you like the amenities, size, and neighborhood, give us a call! We can set you up with an appointment, or give you immediate access while you are there…call now! You can view a property with HomeQwik seven days a week!
What if my credit isn’t perfect?
That’s Ok, most people’s credit isn’t perfect! Our owners trust that we’ll help them find the best qualified tenants for their property, not just the tenant with best credit score. Can you prove that you have steady income, no scary background issues, and a responsible residential history? If so, we want you!
When can I move in?
We can likely approve your application the same day you apply (providing you have submitted all requested information), so if you have the money ready – come and get your keys today!
What are your qualifications?
When we are running your background check, we want to see your results from the last 2 years. At HomeQwik, we really want to focus in on what you have been doing lately. So don’t worry too much about your score, but prove to use that you earn 3X the monthly rent price, that you last residency ended on good terms, and with on-time payments. if you can prove this, we can have you approved today!
Can I do repairs or fix up the property?
We expect and encourage our tenants to take both pride and ownership in the properties they occupy, so we hope that you will manage the minor repairs or issues at the property. Anything that would be a permanent change would require the owners approval. Basically, you can paint the walls (with approval), but you can’t knock them down. We expect to get a property back in the same condition in which you received it, minus normal “wear and tear”.
When I’m ready to buy, can HomeQwik help me?
Absolutely! We may be able to help you acquire the property you are currently living in, or we can always aid you in finding a new property to purchase. Our Realtors are experienced, and would love nothing more than to help you find the right home, and investment. We know lenders that can help you qualify for a loan, and we have access to any available home for sale in AZ.
